6 month no work
I joined my project in October. It's been 6 months but till now only kt is going which is of no use..we join a meeting and there the onshore candidates solve the ticket and we only stare at the screen..till now we haven't got any access to tools which are used so it's becoming difficult for me and my team to keep up with the knowledge because it's a purely practical thing....what should I do..maybe I didn't make myself clear..but hope you can understand and help me out

It's good situation actually If one takes positively. Mean while upskills, take some course, give interview and move out of project or TCS

Raise the issue with you manager to get access to the tools , otherwise more 6 months will pass and you will be doing same thing. If you still don't see any progress in a week , start preparing for the role you think you are comfortable and start giving interviews If you don't ask, you will not get it
