6 Interviews from 2K+ applications

Hi all, I have applied on more than 2000 job applications across linkedin, cutshort, instahyre, indeed, etc. Unfortunately I have only received around 6 interviews so far and half of them were from early stage startups. Please let me know if I am going wrong somewhere or Is this normal? I have been feeling down lately because of this. Any sort of help in form of referrals is greatly appreciated.

Bro this is same for everyone since the US market is in recession and most of the companies have already more no. of employees as currently required so we should wait for the right time.

It’s just that it’s been more than 2 years here in the current org and I wasn’t expecting myself to be here for so long and I am in between switching as well because of which I am not fully able to invest my head in current team's work

Actually, its not the normal because nowadays many company are making fake ob post to collect a data, reason why I am going to use HeadsIn.co where you get hearback from every shortlisted application and also they have higher placement rate.

I would prefe you to use that platform.
