6.5+ YOE, Full stack engineer, salary estimate after switch?

On the same boat, 39 cash + some paper money. Offered 50 cash and they have not confined paper money yet as there is no policy in India office yet

Given the bad market outside I did not negotiate, but if this was a good market I would have had 60 as a strict criteria.
