Got a message from HM that senior leadership is asking employees to report to office as SM >= 4days / week M >= 3 days / week A/PA/PT = 5days / week Does any one has any idea wtf is goin on🙃

Hi, If project requirement is there then we have to go office 5 days per week

If they are not approving your trutime then you must GO to office and if you are PA and your tenure is > 30 months and want to promote to Associate then you must follow RTO atleast 3 days/week

Our ODC is small so seats are rostered twice a week and I go one more day to make it 3days/week
