Bhai ek bar manager ban jao toh humble rahna mat bhulna , JL 6 ,JL 7 sab ek na ek din ban hi jaoge. Make sure be humble and nice your juniors. Specially freshers and 2-3 yoe folks. Sabse jyada harrassed log hote hai yeh.

It's not so easy to get promoted in Infosys. Generally they take another 8 to 9 yrs for the next promotion.
