2024 and 2025 if we get back to back 5 ratings, are we eligible for auto promotion? (as like last time).

Note: A band (IJM eligible).

Yes, it happened! 2 of my known contacts got promoted.

Nope, you have to meet other criteria as well like RTA, Goperform skill, utilisation above 75% etc etc
