All because of fraud, chor Govt. That 10% cess is the real killer. Imagine that you already pay 15 lakhs tax, and then you pay 10% more of that 15 lakhs, as if earning is a crime. And when you go to any Govt institutions for any work, you will be treated like a thief or good.
And then they also have that fraudulent section 234 where they mandate that you must pay all taxes before 15 March, even though the full earning will come only in March end. Or else they will impose 1% penalty. So they force people to pay more taxes before March end, and then they don’t pay any interest on refunds (no interest if refund amount is less than 10% of tax paid)
This is the reason, ppl leave india, not because pay taxes, employees already paying tax on tax and trying to get better job after doing lot of struggle, again extra tax needed..... In return, you will get great air quality, great roads, great leaders and great life style.....
