Most businessmen and politicians want to park their black money through real estate but once the ROI doesn’t appeal, real estate prices will come down. Their PR will always try to put a rosy picture but there are so many unsold inventories in Bangalore itself.
This was bound to happen. In the upcoming years, maybe another 2-3 years, even mid level engineers will lose jobs. So will managers.
In a decade maybe, a lot of jobs will be gone. Bigger teams will need very small folks to keep the show going.
Then is it worthy to buy flat in Bangalore??
