Trending @Accenture; 50k hike but reduction in bonus of 55k

I got 7% hike, but reduced the bonus to 6.3%, when I calculated I got hike 50k , but bonus reduced 55k. Can any manager explain why this happened?

That happens because your share of bonus was distributed to others, who are not getting any hikes even.

This is normal case, as you're given a hike too, which increases your base pay whereas others don't have that, they just have the bonus

For promotion in march cycle, when I can approach the manager , I mean how many days back decision are made

April mid or end, keep 1:1 with manager every fortnight from now on, you should be on their radar for your good work.

Atleast you got hike. I didn't get any hike and 6% vp I.e. 12k.
