Its doesn't matter if you go office or not,variable pay will be deducted for organization growth,because our new CEO will not able to grow the organization by doing hard work, his thought is different deduct the employee salary automatically company will be in profit.

Yes. If in Q1 they decide to pay 50% QVA as per unit performance then because of RTO non compliance they will deduct more as per their latest policy.
