50+ LPA salary at 5 YOE

Just found out someone got hired at my company with 50+ LPA fixed salary and 25 LPA in ESOPs Role is of an Analyst Company is a startup. Is this kind of salaries realistic and sustainable ?

Honestly haven't heard of poeple in FAANG earning 50 base salary with 5 years of work experience I might be wrong

I haven’t heard either — but that’s the only place. Basically the person in your case is anomaly in this current market and is in a trap. Only FAANG will be the next options… not accounting for any genius in the candidate.
