First offer 18-20. However, try to target 20-25 LPA.

*please note- fixed CTC is not the same as take home CTC. It’s gross amount that is subject to tax deductions. No one can give you an exact number with regard to take home pay due to taxes. Mentioned this since lately I have spoken to candidates who ask if fixed is without tax deductions.
