Trending @Accenture; 5+ months on bench

I joined Accenture as a fresher in February 2024. After completing my training, I was placed in the entry pool. However, I haven't received any project calls yet. My TFS is unhelpful and keeps shifting responsibilities to other bench managers, who are trying to assist but have limited authority compared to the TFS. My stream isn't so niche that I should be struggling to get a project, yet I haven't received any calls.

I need advice on how to secure a project
