5 LPA Offer with 3-Year Bond as a Fresher - Should I Accept?
Got an offer: 5 LPA with a 3-year bond (5L penalty).As a fresher, this feels like a trap vs opportunity situation.Market is tough and rejecting without another offer is scary. But committing 3 years this early also feels like it could limit growth and better opportunities.
What would you do in my position? Take it for stability or reject and keep pushing for something better?

Which company is it? Depends on how the internal office environment is. If the environment is good or atleast manageable, you won’t even notice when the three years go by. If it’s toxic then each day will feel like a year. Choose wisely.
