What congratulations? 1 year 3 months to Accenture with 5% is too low, when I joined HR reduced my offer letter reducing what discussed during call but she said you will get good growth, since no opportunity for me then I joined but now 5% its too bad
Bro. I am getting 6.3 LPA fixed for 5 YOE. Think about my situation. i joined Accenture thinking I would be paid better. Lol. Jokes on me.

SM are not getting VP so those getting hikes should be happy. If not then instead of cribbing, focus on moving out.
Employees work hard for the whole year with less base pay and finally got a 5 % hike, is it good?
We don't have high salary package as SM
Buddy…I agree. The point here being that the economy is so bad that the org is restricting hikes and VP for SM and above but giving to folks below. I mean this is not ideal but given the circumstances it’s okayish.
