Hi Team,

My current assignment with ford is going to be completed by May end. I was going 3 days to the office in the current project.

For new assignment projects in Bangalore, they're asking me to come to 5 days WFO. I'm part of Salesforce practice and belong to the mulesoft project...

Not sure why wipro started 5 WFO. Is anyone going. 5 days to the office in any new project ?

Hey Hi, r u part of Ford Account in Bangalore? How is working in that as I got interview for that account? Plz let me know only 3 days WFO is fine for Ford? And is there any time constraints?

Work life balance is there in the ford project. It's a very good project. Ford won't be a borrower why are you going to the office or not. But wipro will keep track of u for 3 days WFO policy.

According to wipro, three days WFO is enough. If your account is having separate policy, you should follow that. Some accounts are giving complete WFH as well.
