I am at level 10, my salary is 12 LPA fixed and 2LPA (which we never get a good enough) amount. My overall experience 5.4 years and I have a 2 years full time MBA as well

I am an SSE at Accenture too. Joined accenture 2 years back. I have changed many companies in my career and my total experience is 9.5 years. My package is 11.5L here which is very low due to various reasons. The main reason is constant underpay in previous companies. In the initial 2 years of my career I was a student cum employee where I received a stipend.
I know I'm underpaid, having this realisation hit I will be setting my standards high going forward. No regrets :)

I don't think so. By this formula, atci heads and directors should be earning between 60-90L max, which is not the case obviously.

No it's not fine, I am also at level 10. Getting more than this.
And my college with around 2.5-3 years of experience is getting 15LPA fixed at level 10

One correction here, I meant Dec 2022 as last hike. It was a typo.
