Is L5 program manager at amazon move to Luxembourg financially beneficial?

What is the CTC for an L5 program Manager from India moving to Luxembourg? Is it enough for 2 people to survive with that money and still have about Rs.80K to send back to India? I’m looking for base pay + approx share value that’ll vest in a year + tax percentage.

Depends on the visa category. If type d. Then not much. If it is on an EU blue card, then I would go and work even if no money and just food.

What's so special about EU blue?

Blue card allows you to change jobs, move across EU.
But don't know ,if it has new rules now. Type d is more like intercompany transfer. You cannot change jobs. If you do, the new employer must apply for a new visa.
