4 YOE | Deloitte (Permanent) → SAP Labs (Contract) with 70% Hike – Worth it?

I have ~4 years of experience and currently working at Deloitte in a permanent role. I’ve received an offer from SAP Labs, but it’s a contract position, though they’re offering a ~70% hike. so should i switch or stay back in Deloitte.

Has anyone made a similar move (Big4 → SAP Labs / Permanent → Contract)? Is the hike + SAP exposure worth the risk at this stage of career?
