4 YOE and 8 LPA package, can I consider switching the job?
I'm a SAP Consultant for over 4 years of exp and earning 8 lpa, I got offered from Accenture PWC Infosys around 11 LPA fixed, so can I switch now? I got good ratings in TCS and I'm expecting a good hike, so shall I wait to see how much TCS is giving and then plan for the switch?

Best hike in TCS is 7.5% Best hike during promotion is 15%
Are you sure you want to stay in tcs while having an offer? Use these offers , try to get better offers.
15% is not worth it.

I think you should go from tcs and start with your new journey. You might be feeling comfortable in tcs so your brain is tempting you to stayvl in this comfortable situation but it's better for you to switch by looking at market it might be possible the offers you getting today may be next time you face difficulty in getting new opportunities, it happens with most people. So if you got the opportunity expand your horizons and go ahead. I m looking also but not getting any interview calls due to 90days notice period if I would have got any opportunity I would have resigned till now 🙂

I keep attending interviews to understand market trends and salary they are offering, so far I got 4-5 offers from different organisations, 2 got exhausted and 3 are in hand now.
And I partially agree with your perception, but the promises made by big shots in my team are preventing me from resigning.

Its upto you how you want to proceed but according to most people here you should leave. You are giving interviews since you getting the chance I am also trying from November only but not getting any interview chance also due to Notice period in many cases. So according to my experience I am telling you that today you got opportunity to go ahead in your career so grab it may be tomorrow you may face difficulty like me or some other but at the end it's all depends on you where you want to go. If you feel like staying here and working than also it's fine at end your satisfaction should matter for you and yeah
We also understand market trend but it's all about opportunities bro. 🙂

Does all the company you mentioned accepted 90 days notice period?
And try to counter offers from one to another it may increase upto 15 lpa..many people negotiated this way

OP - All these people here asking you to leave tcs , they are not trying to demotivate you .
They have also been in your shoes in the past. They also have seen all the promises. They know what happens to those big shot promises.

Hmm got that, thanks for your suggestion.

Awaiting promotion in TCS and Hike??? You are in Disneyland:) Move on bro if you have better offer a jump for it
