Trending @Infosys; 4 years at Infy, a DQ score of 100+, still stuck at SSE. Anyone else? Any Solutions?
I joined Infosys in March 2021, inspite of completing 4 years and having ME rating and a DQ score of 100+, I'm still stuck at SSE and they aren't even promoting me to TA I tried reaching my managers but mgr A is asking me to talk to mgr B, mgr B asks me to talk to mgr C, mgr C asks me to talk to mgr A and the loop goes on endlessly. With 90days NP even the job switch option narrows down.
Keep all the managers in one mail and ask for promotion. They have to give you TA, don't know why they are delaying. Ask them in a good way, explain to them about your good work and ratings so far and request them for promotion.
He should ask as suggested,but it's not mandatory to give promotion based on experience there will be various factors in general, predominantly the unit resource is working in and the number of slots.
If the rating is ME not sure. But if it would have been commendable or outstanding there would have been certain chances of promotion
I joined in December 2021 too. This year I received outstanding and last year I was commendable. I've received two rise insta awards. After I reached out to my manager last month, she nominated me when the slots were provided to her. It's been over a month and I have not received any update on role change.
I got outstanding bro currently I have 3.10 years exp still I'm at SSE only, when I ask my manager they are simply saying next quarter
The eligibility is 3 years ,3.1 means you are just eligible, you might get in a quarter.
Same thing bro whenever I asked they are saying next quarter i joined in Jun 2021
Why loop goes on. Add all in one group and ask it. Loop all the said managers in mail. Let them
I m also a march 2021 joinee but I got my TA promotion around Oct 2023 so please don't waste ur time around try IJP as u r mentioning u have 100+ DQ try to match ur skills with the IJP u r applying or u can nominate urself for bridge programs for ACON
It depends on your manager.. ask him
