Common thing is try to switch
Upskill yourself
Remember you cannot upskill yourself in a night so start doing things from today allocate yourself atleast 1 hour per day and utilise it for upskilling gradually your knowledge improves which gives you the confidence to switch

Okay @MeowDes here is a thing, what if the company is going to fire you now, will you be able to find a new one in 15 days ? If not, then make it happen. See if you don't have liabilities or you are still unmarried and young or still living on parents money, you will always feel comfortable and won't think of hustle. But think of yourself in the next 2 or 5 years, when things will change and all this comfort will go off, then you will not be in a great situation to survive.

Always have a surviving mindset instead of achieving mindset and then you will start seeing everything differently

Same situation brother. I had many reasons for not being able to switch but now i think is the time. You should not continue in the same company now because they will literally not pay you what your market value is. Upskill/Start giving interviews and take the leap. One day at a time. You can do it.
