4 year salary increment

Hi all, I’m completing 4 years in TCS soon. My current CTC is 4.42 LPA, and I’ve got a B band this year. Not expecting much from appraisal. Just wanted to know — what can I expect after completing 4 years? Is there a chance of promotion to IA or any change in role/salary band? Would love to hear your experiences or suggestions.
