4 Year experience switching from TCS. Any recommendations helpful.

Hello Fellow Folks,

I am on notice period(due to reasons obvious and seen many times here by others) and completing 4 years soon in NP, all in TCS only as a digital candidate.

My tech stack is MERN Full stack developer and some other additional skills like NestJs, Redux and also learning NextJs soon.Have experience handling teams and upskillng juniors.

Any recommendations,tips and referrals will be helpful.
