4 Cr fraud gets 7 yr jail time. Is this fair!?
If I rob a bank of 4 Cr and spend a 7 year sentence as legal punishment, how is that fair? Executing this crime when I am 25 will make sense as I will still be rich in my early 30’s … what are your thoughts? I read this in the news today and realised the legal/justice system is showing us loopholes broad daylight.
They also make you return the bank’s money once you get caught. They don’t let you just keep it 😂

Let's assume one case here: He invested that money in stock market by getting some insider tips by paying robbed money . And the stock shoots up within few days.. And then he withdraw it to his savings account.. And then police catched him.. They recovered 4 crore robbed money..from his account. And put him in jail for 7 years. But he made huge profit using that robbed money..and made FD for 7 years until he return.. And live happily for lifetime😁😁
Interesting 🤔 .. what if it has already been spent?
Spent on what? Then they’ll seize all the assets bought with that money, and try to recover whatever is possible by liquidating them 😄

Dude , Bribe the judge and suppose you looted 7 cr and given 2 cr as bribe
Still you have 5 cr and suppose you have done this to 4 states ( 1 north 1 south 1 east 1 west thanks to our cultural diversity )
You still have 20cr boom leave the country and settle anywhere in the world

Ultra rich people steals money from people and no banks care but when it comes to common man they will lose their minds.

Finance has better legal ways to loot money only if you don't have a moral compass and smart.

the cost is your reputation and the money is far too low of a tradeoff
