Depends on your skill. I have seen service based folks (external consultant to GCCs etc) writing absolutely pathetic and borderline working code.

Those who do well anyway get poached away. Grind Leetcode as well.

15-20lpa at 2yoe is ez pz

It's achievable but in most cases you have to have multiple offers bcoz rarely any company will give you direct 100 percent hike, in current scenario many companies don't want to give 100 percent hike even if u have multiple offers but I suggest try to have multiple offers to grow
