7 A means you are strong in skill sets, you are wasting your time staying in TCS.. You will get above 25+ lacks outside companies.. Equal to C4 grade in TCS

My client offered me to join them with on demand package, never thought tcs management will do this to me.

It is just a "garib" company that can't afford to let talented people rise to top positions, the steady and lazy management continues to run the company without innovation. It's just an IT company where more than half the people lack technical knowledge and are simply going with the flow—because the management killed their skills with poor leadership and a "gulam" (slave-like) attitude.

Given your track record of 7 A bands, I don't think you meed to bother about anything else other then resignation, unless of course, B band has significantly impacted your salary, you should focus on leaving, if you want.

You are just so much habituated to A that you think B is a band banding. Wrong way of thinking.

Please elaborate your post, habituated word is seems most appropriated over the post, i welcome your self to have an open discussion over your post.

Too much of loyalty is never rewarded....had this experience in Accenture. So its not just TCS, every company is the same.

8 years to understand and gain knowledge, once you work your work sound from client side as well and in that case bootlicking does not work. Well talk about politics i do understand but some time politics goes beyond the thoughts.

It is better to switch and get desired ctc rather than pleasing managers and hrs to work in a company that doesn’t believe in helping individuals who work tirelessly.

Did you find any reason.?

There is no point if they are really interested in cost cutting. Demotivating the talented associates into resigning and hiring the low cost new joinee does nothing but drag the project down that client might have to pull out the project!
