4.25 ipf..band B..is that ok? That feels very demotivating. How many people can get band A in a team

Boot lickers get A or even A+ rest all get B C D

Upto manager only

My 4.42 got B band rto 100 % , feel very de motivated

My IPF was 4.6 but I got B My WFO index was I guess less that 50%
