3yrs in tcs, Can I get salary hike ???
I joined TCS as a fresher, and in December 2024, I'll be completing three years. Should I expect a salary hike at this point? as I received a hike after completing two years.

You will get it as part of yearly process. I.e april

After three years, a hike is possible, but not guaranteed. Performance and company policies play a big role, so keep fingers crossed and talk to your manager.
