3rd year CSE Undergrad - Need Guidance

So it's the start of the 6th semester in a month and placements are starting in my college. My college is a Tier 2 college and Majority gets placed in companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro and such. I don't want to join any of these WITCH companies and want to join a good product based company or even a startup with a decent pay. I wanted to apply for Internships in Amazon, Microsoft but they got closed just before I could apply. I've attached my resume as well. I've solved about 150 Leetcode Problems. Where do I stand currently as per the industry standards? Where do I Have to improve and how can I get internships?
