Don't worry. Mudiji changed the name of Indian Railways to Bharat Railways. Ab bas bharat mata ka Naam leke chadho aur enjoy karo

Can't you get into some constructive criticism?

That’s what he do , changing name

It is the biggest public transport system with great potential to improve the mobility of Indians. But the focus is only on Vande Bharat and the PR associated with that. Trains are running without sufficient coaches, and traveling without reservation is hard.
Crores are spent for PR drama for the people in power which could have effectively been used to improve the railway.

Agree

Their whole strategy is PR. Vande Bharat is good for PR even though it mostly runs empty. There's an accident prevention indigenous tech called Kavach but it has not been implemented all across. They'll let 2-3 more accidents happen and then in a PR blitz announce that Make in India Kavach is going to be installed in every train. Their fans will cheer that they're saving lives and everything else will be forgotten.

I actually have a train journey to vizianagram this week.
I had a train ticket (different train) the very next day of the coromandel accident. Cancelled immediately and booked flight.
Might do the same again.

There is an accident prevention technique called Kavach, but it seems that it's not installed on every train due to cost constraints. As for vacancies, I think only goods trains are profitable, and the railway is making a loss on every passenger trains (maybe AC coaches /Vande Bharat trains are exception). That might be the reason for the budget constraints
