3Month notice period
Every company expects min 30 days notice period. Tcs has 90 days, how usually people do switch,by having multiple offfers and try till end of notice period?

Attend the interview
Get selected
Get offer letter
Resign
Ask tcs for early release
If they don’t agree ask other company to increase joining date
If they don’t agree
Aggressively keep on applying and appearing for interview you will definitely get a good job
Minor tension will be there
Some lost of peace of mind
But if you want to move ahead in life you will have to take risk
If you can’t take the risk then you won’t be able to make a switch
Resign, Apply on notice period, Interview, Selection, Join after the last working day.
But doesn't the new company which releases offer asks for resignation acceptance letter that has last working day?
