First time rent

I am paying first time rent of 63k to my mother. It is my understanding that TDS needs to be deducted. My go to CA is not available. Its tmrw is last day of month. I have no idea how to begin this with. Does nobroker handle this stuff automatically? Any suggestions or tutorials ?
