3.9 rating and B band?

In my account below 4 rating is C band. But still they gave me 3.9. Boss is saying no relation between rating and band. Should i worry? I don't have any major performance issues. RTO also follows.

All these ratings and band are just bull shit. Even if you get A band it doesn't matter better start searching somewhere else any how TCS's appraisal not even gonna beat inflation with 2 3 percent appraisal rest depends on you. I am myself in tcs and I don't believe in this ratings and Bands all are just politics here and at the end you get appraisal on the basis of relationship with your seniors and that also max 2 to 3 percent. So if you have time and energy don't waste it here grow yourself and skills and go from here
