360 feedback in TCS
It's such a stupid process that people who you never have interacted with will nominate you for 360 feedback. I have been nominated by God knows who, at least 10 different people. Never had a single interaction before with anyone of them.
Some times I feel that I should screw them up with 360, so that they at least understand what 360 means.
Does anyone know how to deal with this?
Yes. Now they want to show numbers to management mentioning the success of the useless tool. So they are chasing to get it initiated and complete
The person who has made this useless tool wants to save his or her job by showing these numbers lol, that's the politics behind it
