3.5 lac to 4 lac passive income generating, can we stop working in corporate?

My wife and myself are working, with savings we bought some agriculture land and one small house for rental income purposes. Now we are getting 3.5 lacs fixed income from our assets. We do have another house to stay in my village. Planning to quit this IT job and will work on something else. Will it be a right decision?
