35 days under RMG

Did anyone faced consequences of not getting any project in 35 days. Any strict action taken by RMG?

Some candidates are sent under PIP program first

If they were in project then I can understand that they need to proof there work under PIP. So in PIP what they need to do? As they already under RMG and they need to get project.

As per the latest policy you will be warned by HR first to take up the project and upskill as per requirement and then also if you are unable to get any project then there can be cessation of your services.
