35 days unallocated WAR room situation
Does anyone know actually someone got silently laid off sue to this 35 days unallocated policy after recent policy change ?
Or its just a strategy to get people allocated quickly as many were deliberately spending longer peiod on bench

I have a friend who got a email on thrusday regarding a meeting with hr on friday and on friday they ask him to resign else strict action will be taken as per policy. Hr even mentioned that employees will get 3 month salary as well . That is unusual as 3 month salary is only in terms of terminaion not resign
Being crossed 35 days in bench means your are very close to layoff rather than TCS hunting one more project down for you!So layoff has started officially....Krithivasan has also stated so in TOI interview and all townhalls HR are claiming so...if you are not interested to get into a project ,search else outside
So after 35 days they can terminate ..???
Okay but do u know know concretely that someone hot laid off from ur known circle
Bcoz i do not … most of them are getting allocation..
The consequences are there if u r nottaking allocation.. Do anyone know someone who actually hot kicked out??
It's not a strategy for many silently they are shown exit gate. If unallocated get Allocation ASAP. 1st preference should be get allocated.
