35 days bench policy implemented in Bangalore location?
Hi All,
I wanted to know how the situation at the bench in Bangalore. I am getting released today from my current project. I had only asked for a release before 6 months. Now they are suddenly releasing me into RMG effecting from today. I am finding it scary and firing people posts everywhere on the bench. Shall I ask my manager to extend the release date. If he extends now it will be hard to get released in the next 6 months. Please suggest something 🙏since I am not understanding the situation🥲.
What is your grade? Did you receive the release mail 2 week prior? They CAN'T suddenly release.
They should have initiated the release & you should have received a mail 2 weeks ago…
Allready 75+ days unallocated people are getting force resigned .....
your manager would have got the target to release c3a + resources and since you already asked you were a natural choice. get back if possible.
Fast, ask the manager to extend 6 months , worst time on the bench at the moment.

Situation in bench is not good now. Dealt with RMG for few people i have interviewed today. If you are not getting project soon as per their new guidelines, what will happen is HR will send you a mail for F2F discussion. Then during that discussion they will ask you to submit resignation
Don't come to RMG. Most likely you will loose your job as your project will give your feedback for you going to RMG
