35 days Bench period include leaves or not?

Not included...you can apply leaves and defer 35 days bench period

Million dollar question but unfortunately nobody has a clear answer to it, sad state of affairs about policy clarity.

I think it does...like..leaves are paid. Meaning leaves are considered as a payable day. So i think it will be considered in bench day as well. Just my thoughts though. I am not completely sure about this.
