Additional section required: Highly underpaid. Unless the firm is an early stage startup/ unfunded startup and the equity value hasn’t been realized yet, the value is way lower than market average, probably a third if you consider just startups and a fifth if you consider big tech.

Also when you say senior pm I consider the field to be product based tech firm, but if it is something else, maybe the pay is then common in that domain.
