Hi guys, I got 33 lpa offer and the designation is associate manager level.Please give me some insights on the package.Is it the right package or should I try for a better offer?. Tech stack is java fullstack with AWS.

Which company? If it is a W.I.T.C.H., you might be able to push for another 2-3L more if you are good.
If it is a startup, they're well-funded and you're in the median w.r.t tech and interpersonal skills, you can push for 40-50L also.
