It is very less , might depend on your last salary

I am getting 27 lakh per annum as B3. So, 32 is low in present situation.

For 15 yoe it is very good. I know people with 25 yoe getting lesser

I think it is very less it should be more than 40LPA

32 LPA for C2 with 15 years is a bit low at Wipro. Maximum for C2 can go up to 40 LPA, depending on negotiations and performance.
