Raise a complaint with HR about this. You should have been promoted by default. I just completed 30 months in June and I got promoted in July.

Not sure of Accenture now but when I joined there as an associate there was this policy for auto promotion to analyst after 14 months.
Who will stay for 30 months just for 1st promotion. And in your case you have 5 days office and excellent ratings also.
You are at wrong place. Leave asap.
If you're completing 30 months in April then it means 2nd quarter started......which means your name will be eligible in 3rd quarter.....that's the kind of tactic they're using.
