30M | Embedded Developer | 7 Yoe | Need Guidance
Hey everyone,
I’m currently working at Bosch as an Embedded Developer, earning around 22 LPA. I’m now aiming to scale up to a 50 LPA package and am ready to invest serious effort in upskilling.
I can dedicate 3–4 hours daily for learning.
I’m open to paid courses or certifications if they add real value.
I’m even willing to switch domains if required.
My strengths are problem solving, leadership, and taking on challenges head-on. Would love to hear from you on:
Which tech stack / domain to target,
Any courses / resources worth investing in,
Career paths that align with my goals.

These days paid courses are not needed for anything. Knowledge is free.
If i were you I'd start by making a list of companies and jobs to target.
Look at their past interview experiences.
And work backwards from there.
I'm not really sure what the career trajectory is for an embedded developer, do you work mostly with low level c++ type stuff? Then maybe you'll find good roles at Qualcomm/ Samsung.
I think after 7 years it might be a little difficult to fully change to something like backend web dev, you'll probably get downleveled if you do.
