Apparently I can follow people now on GV🤨 is this or was this there earlier?

Just updated the app and found this follow button now.

Curious as what happens if I click on the button? The icon used next to it is bell icon so that gives impression that I’ll get notified if they post or comment anything but do we actually want so many notifications??
