30 LPA good for 5 YOE in Bangalore?

Got offer for 30 LPA (24 fixed + 6 variable) for SDE-2 role. I have 5 years exp. Is this good or should I negotiate more? Current package is 18 LPA.

30 is good. But given inflation, try for at least 32-33.
