There is no certain metric to compare to honestly....
Have seen weird cases for people switching...
It all depends upon -
Your timing of switch
The company requirement that you are switching to
Your skill
Your experience
Current CTC
Existing offers in hand
so rather asking if its acceptable, just see if its good enough for you at the moment...if not then keep trying and buying out offers based on previous ones....
A time will come when you will realize that you have reached a threshold beyond which no company is willing to go beyond a certain CTC for you...
Saying this from my friends experience....
He was 4 YOE, skilll SAP,
Ended up at a product company with almost 110% increment....he had 8 offers at hand by the way...he stopped at 8th as his 7th and 8th offer CTC were exactly the same with salary components a little different....

Got it. I think buying more offers based on this should be good

Yes. After listening to stories like above, i feel there is no set metrics which can decide for you if the salary you got is good enough or not. Also some people value the work life balance aspect of their job as well, so they do compromise on their salary... So if money is what is important, then be greedy and go for it.. but if work life balance is what is important then company culture and location matters a lot...
And when it comes to learning, wherever you go there is learning of some sorts.... aur agar padna hi hai to bhai research field ya PHD mai ghuso....Corporate mai ghuske learning🤣🤣🤣 So ideally i would never switch just because there is learning.... Itni learning ka achar nahi daalna....😅

Think why you attended that interview at first place. Was it for this hike or skills or growth?
Second think when you will reach that amount in the same company.
Then decide.
