30 days of bench period should be given after successfully completing one year and it should be 60 days after completing 2 years and so on..

30 days bench period will be awarded to those who completed one year in project 60 days and so on for those who completed 2 and so on years in project, for bench employee it should not be applicable

If this happens people will try to get allocated in project as much as possible
