Which city tier 1 or tier 2, how's your teaching, it can fetch good amount in international school

One of the top rated ICSE schools in Mumbai. My teaching was appreciated by all - school, kids and parents. I left because it became monotonous after a point, too much emphasis on standardisation which didn't let me use my own creativity. (Because they don't want parents comparing teachers wtf??)

I know IB schools pay more but there's certifications required that I don't have. I even cleared CTET but unfortunately they don't consider that.

I like qualitative research as it's more dynamic. But the pay is peanuts at entry level
